Paul Nicolaÿ has been a member of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar since 2020 and is currently based in Clichy-La-Garenne (92).
He graduated from the University of Paris (Master I in Administrative Law) and the University of Bordeaux (Master II in Administrative Litigation), and obtained his bar admission certificate (CAPA) from the Paris Bar School (EFB) in 2019.
For several years now, Paul Nicolaÿ has been advising and representing foreign clients wishing to settle, stay or work in France, or wishing to obtain French nationality. He also assists French clients wishing to obtain recognition of their French nationality by obtaining a certificate of French nationality (CNF) or a judicial recognition of their French nationality.
